Restart Services

Database Backup

Email Settings

EMAIL HEADER IMAGE
Wide banner shown at the top of every email. Recommended: 600 × 120–200 px PNG. Falls back to logo + portal name if not set.
SMTP Configuration
Enables password reset emails, invite emails, and ticket notifications. Leave blank to disable email sending.
Used in password reset and invite links. Must match the URL your users open the portal from.
Discord
Sends notifications to a Discord channel when tickets are opened, users join, or services go down.
Create a webhook: Discord channel → Edit → Integrations → Webhooks.
Telegram
Sends notifications to a Telegram chat via a bot.
Create a bot with @BotFather → copy token → start a chat with it → use @userinfobot to get your chat ID.
Outbound Webhook
POST JSON to any URL on: ticket_opened, user_joined, service_down.
Compatible with n8n, Make, Zapier, or any HTTP endpoint.

Show a "Request access" link on the login page. Visitors submit their email; you approve or decline from the Access Requests panel.

Service Status Checks
BBM Monitor polls each service every 60 seconds and stores 30 days of history. Alerts fire on 2 consecutive failures.
